An Australian EdTech company partnered with Techvify to build a greenfield product from scratch. Facing tight deadlines and growing market pressure, they needed a lean 6-person team delivering on a full Microsoft Azure stack with AI-augmented development from day one.

1. Problems

Before AI, even experienced teams were held back by traditional development bottlenecks that slowed delivery and increased costs.

• PR reviews took an average of 2–3 days, creating major bottlenecks
• High rework rates due to unclear and ambiguous requirements
• Security vulnerabilities were only caught after merge, making fixes expensive
• Developers spent too much time on repetitive, low-value manual tasks
• Overall sprint velocity remained low under tight timelines and market pressure

2. Techvify’s Solutions

Techvify transformed the project by implementing a fully AI-Driven Development lifecycle that eliminated these bottlenecks and supercharged productivity.

• Speckit for spec-first planning and automated task breakdown
• GitHub Copilot for rapid inline code generation and unit tests
• CodeRabbit for AI-powered PR reviews and instant feedback
• SonarQube with shift-left SAST/DAST security scanning on every commit
• Full end-to-end CI/CD automation via Azure DevOps with one-click deployment
